In order to maintain the highest level of safety on board, all passengers must at all times:
- Wear a flotation device
- Remain seated when travelling on the water
- Refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs
- Refrain from smoking while travelling on the water
- Refrain from using firearms until deemed safe by your guide
- Inform your guide / driver if you are experiencing health concerns
Tikippugut carries liability insurance. However, tourists are strongly advised to obtain and carry their own travel insurance that includes medevac coverage. In case of an emergency, we have an Iridium satellite messaging device with SOS button (Satellite phones, emergency evac, search and rescue, etc.).
